Solarsora is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking for returns.
9. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. International returns may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
