At Solarsora, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your purchases.

1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been confirmed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your location and preferences. Shipping options are available at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Available methods include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Express Shipping

3. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The total shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. However, please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Solarsora is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details, including delayed or lost deliveries.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or remote locations that are not accessible by standard delivery methods. If your address falls into one of these categories, you will be notified during checkout.

9. Damaged or Lost Items
While we take great care in packaging your items, accidents can occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@solarsora.xyz with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

For lost items, please reach out to our customer support team. Once an item has been confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

10. Delays in Shipping
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, high demand, or issues with the shipping carrier. Solarsora is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.
